How to Use the Tool
Example:
If you need to read notes on a music stand one meter away, you will need a different ADD and power for your reading glasses compared to when you are a silversmith needing to see clearly at a working distance of 20 centimeters.

COMPUTER GLASSES:
Note that the power of your glasses for computer use (e.g., +1.50) will likely differ from those ideal for reading (e.g., +2.50). Using reading glasses with too strong a power can result in an ergonomic position of the body, head, and neck that often causes headaches and other stress. This issue also occurs if you spend time in front of the screen wearing progressive glasses.
For occasional use, this is not a problem. However, if you spend significant time at the computer, you will benefit from having a pair of individually measured and fitted computer glasses.
